App problem or bug
Use the support or reporting options inside the app when available. Include your device, what you tapped, what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
If Roadside Strange is doing something strange in the wrong way, this is where to start.
Subscriptions
Premium purchases, renewals and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google. Manage the subscription through the store account used to purchase it.
Community content
Use the in-app report tools for comments or community material that may violate the rules. Reports are reviewed rather than published publicly.
Privacy or legal request
Use the Privacy / Legal Request option inside Roadside Strange for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests.
Account deletion
Contributor accounts can request deletion in the app. A public deletion route is also available from the account deletion page.
Safety and location access
Roadside Strange is an exploration tool, not permission to enter property. Never trespass, cross barriers, enter closed or unsafe locations, or ignore current signs and official restrictions.
Map correction
If a location has closed, changed access, moved or appears incorrectly routed, include the case name and as much safe location detail as you can when reporting it.
