Questions about the investigation tools, saved evidence or your Lifetime Premium unlock? We're happy to help. Paranormal Suitcase includes free EMF, EVP Recorder, Evidence Camera and Flashlight tools, with additional optional Premium instruments.
Paranormal Suitcase Premium is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. If you've already bought it on iPhone, open Settings in the app and tap Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the original purchase. Apple handles payment and refund requests through Report a Problem.
EVP recordings, investigation sessions, photos and event markers can be reviewed in the app's Sessions or Evidence area. For an audio issue, check microphone permission and record a short test. Back up important original evidence before deleting or reinstalling the app.
For Spectral Scan, Shadow Scanner, Room Watch or other equipment, check the tool's ? information button for what it measures and its limitations. Make sure camera or microphone access is allowed where needed, and include your iPhone model, iOS version and a screenshot when reporting a problem.
Paranormal Suitcase is an investigative aid. Phone sensors and image analysis cannot establish a paranormal cause. Read the Paranormal Suitcase Privacy Policy for information about recordings, permissions and data handling.

Use the support or reporting options inside the app when available. Include your device, what you tapped, what you expected and what happened instead. Screenshots help.
Roadside Strange Premium subscriptions, renewals and cancellations are handled by Apple or Google. Manage them through the store account used to subscribe. Paranormal Suitcase has a separate one-time Lifetime Premium purchase.
Use the in-app report tools for comments or community material that may violate the rules. Reports are reviewed rather than published publicly.
Use the Privacy / Legal Request option inside Roadside Strange for access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests.
Contributor accounts can request deletion in the app. A public deletion route is also available from the account deletion page.
Roadside Strange is an exploration tool, not permission to enter property. Never trespass, cross barriers, enter closed or unsafe locations, or ignore current signs and official restrictions.
If a location has closed, changed access, moved or appears incorrectly routed, include the case name and as much safe location detail as you can when reporting it.
