Roadside Strange is an exploration and entertainment app. Stories may include folklore, legends, eyewitness reports, historical accounts and alleged paranormal or unexplained activity. Inclusion in the app is not a claim that every report has been independently verified.
1. Use of the service
Use Roadside Strange lawfully and responsibly. Do not trespass, enter closed or unsafe locations, ignore posted restrictions, interfere with property owners, or put yourself or anyone else at risk while using the app.
2. Location information
Directions, pins and access notes are provided for convenience and may change. Always rely on current signs, official closures, local rules and your own judgment. Roadside Strange does not guarantee access to any location.
3. User content
Comments and community submissions must be lawful and must not contain harassment, threats, private personal information, impersonation, spam, or material you do not have the right to share. Submissions may be reviewed, edited for presentation, declined or removed.
4. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are governed by the store through which you subscribed. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your store account.
5. Intellectual property
Roadside Strange branding, original written content, artwork, curated presentation, software and other original materials are owned by Roadside Strange / DivineApps or their respective licensors. Third-party names, facts, sources and trademarks remain the property of their owners.
6. Availability and third-party services
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Features, case availability, access details, maps and third-party services may change. To the extent allowed by law, Roadside Strange / DivineApps is not responsible for injuries, property issues, travel costs, closures, inaccurate third-party information or decisions made while visiting locations.
7. Platform terms
Apple users are also subject to applicable App Store terms and Apple’s standard end-user license terms where they apply. Google Play users are subject to applicable Google Play terms.
