Paranormal Suitcase is a toolkit for documenting audio, visual and sensor observations. It does not verify paranormal activity or guarantee that a detected event has an unexplained cause.
1. App use and store terms
Use the app lawfully and respectfully. For purchases and use of the iOS application, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless another applicable agreement is presented by Apple. Android app purchases and downloads are subject to applicable Google Play terms. These notes explain the features and safety considerations; they do not replace platform agreements or local law.
2. Free tools and Lifetime Premium
EMF, EVP Recorder, Evidence Camera and Flashlight are available without purchasing Lifetime Premium. Additional investigation tools are offered through an optional one-time, non-consumable Lifetime Premium unlock. This is not a subscription; there are no recurring charges. The amount charged is the price shown by Apple or Google at checkout for your region. Promotional launch pricing may change prospectively; a completed lifetime purchase does not require another payment when the regular price changes.
3. Purchases, restoration and refunds
On iPhone, Apple processes in-app purchases. Use the app's Restore Purchases option while signed into the Apple Account that bought Premium. On Android, restore through the applicable Google Play account and purchase facilities. For Apple purchase issues or refund requests, visit Apple's Report a Problem. We cannot change Apple's payment records or guarantee a refund.
4. Recording and personal privacy
You are responsible for ensuring that any audio, video or photos you record are lawful where you are, including getting any required consent from other people. Keep sensitive recordings private, protect your phone and backups, and review files before sharing them. Evidence and session data may be lost if the app is deleted or the device is reset without a usable backup.
5. Camera, sensors and interpretation
EMF and compass readings can be influenced by wiring, electronics, magnets and other ordinary conditions. Camera-based pose, motion and shadow analysis can be affected by lighting, reflections, exposure, low contrast and camera movement. Audio filtering can introduce or exaggerate artifacts. The app does not claim to identify ghosts, spirits or other entities from these measurements. Verify observations independently and retain original, unedited evidence where possible.
6. Physical safety and equipment limits
Do not use the app in a way that distracts you while driving or puts you or others at risk. Do not trespass or enter unsafe places to conduct an investigation. Flashing-light modes can cause discomfort or medical reactions for some people; use them carefully. Long camera, torch, microphone or keep-awake sessions can increase heat and battery use. Device features depend on supported hardware and permission settings.
7. Advertising and third-party services
Free iPhone use may include banner advertising provided through Google AdMob when available. Lifetime Premium removes in-app banner ads. Some optional radio functionality accesses outside services; their content and connection availability are not controlled by DivineApps.
